A three-day tournament at Reserve’s Miami Seaplane Base bringing together the world’s top-ranked padel players alongside a guest list built for Miami. From blank slate to load out I assisted with our sponsorship coordination, VIP hospitality, and every operational mishap in between. Working with our production team, I helped design the above-ground VIP lounge overlooking the courts — the room where most of our guests actually spent the weekend. I coordinated brand touch points with our partners Jimmy Butler’s Big Face Coffee, The Joyce’s first-ever-pop-up, and Moncayo, plus talent and entertainment programming featuring Andrew Schulz.
