Lenovo came into the 2026 FIFA World Cup as global partners, which meant delivering a premium hospitality program inside multiple stadiums across multiple host cities — a different venue, a different local crew, and the same standard expected every time. I helped build the systems that made that possible on paper then lived in the hotels and activated the matches that made it real.
I managed suite environments, gifting, guest arrivals and on-site flow. I worked cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders so each activation read as one consistent program.
